McNuggets Lovin and Exploitation

This is just rude. Plain. Rude. Hos need to quit dippin’ on a nigga when he just want some of that McNuggets Lovin’.

There is nothing more spocktacular than major corporations trying to appeal to, “minorities” and “subcultures.” I mean, they work, I love my NEW Alternative Rockin’ McNuggets shaped like flying V guitars and Moby.

I have seen some of my “international” friends get gotten by a product because there is a “colored” person in the ad or commercial. Some people might say Big “Evil” Corporations are evil for pandering to and very stereotypically portraying, minorities. But I would say, fallback, nigga, let’s think this through for a moment! That’s exactly what I would say, word for word!

These “Evil” Corporations wouldn’t use these blatantly racist ads unless they worked. And the fact that they work is what is sad. Because let’s be honest, we live in a supply and demand economy, if “smart” “intelligent” “witty” television is what “sold” then that’s all that we would have. But instead we have The Real Chance of Love and Bromance.

The truth of the matter is, people need to see themselves in everything, people need to “identify” with something/someone else. For example: “You have a nose?!” “I have a nose! OMG BFF”

I mean how many people add you on myspace cuffufin about how they love your layout and how they like the same music you listen to so they add you as a friend and then you find out they are some lame ass rapper from Idaho talkin’ about how they “don’t need no potato hos/cause mah chain hang low/sharecroppin’ like mah ole’ skeet skeet.” But I digress…

This is why George Bush was president, Sarah Palin was almost president and why Barack Obama was elected president, I know he’s “black” and most of us aren’t, but we’d all like to think we are as cool as him and Bill Clinton.

We all want everything customizable to our liking and when we find someone else who managed to find the same mass produced super obscure t-shirt, handbag or ipod cover we feel like we have some common denominator and innate connection.

The point is, people are dumb, yay big business!
