It’s not surprising this town didn’t investigate the seven counts of rape. These people value the lives of cats over humans.

Now I don’t think it’s OK to go around killing animals. And this “guy” didn’t just kill them, he mutilated them severely, eyes hanging out of the sockets and shit. But my only problem with this is that never, did they ever, once even consider it might be a CHUPACABRA.
