SOUTH COUNTY COURTS — A 15-year-old boy told a judge yesterday that his former teacher, who is also his godmother, demanded that he have sex with her over a four-year period in exchange for gifts, alcohol and other favors.
He said Carmina Erica Lopez had sex with him in her car, on a table in her classroom, in her bedroom, in her toddler’s bedroom and in a guest room of her home.
“If I wanted a ride home or if I wanted something, then I’d have to have sex with her to get it,” the boy testified in Chula Vista Superior Court.
So, I was watching Law and Order SVU, which is where I get all my legal information from and there is an episode in Season 3 called “Ridicule” where a male stripper is raped by three women. Many of the male detectives struggle with the idea of a man being raped. Guys love VAGINA, how can they not want?! The male stripper was hetero, ftr. And the women did in fact rape him.

This sounds more like he is using her? If he wanted something he could give her his hot teenage beef and she would provide him with an iPhone. Isn’t this what stupid teenage girls do to consenting older men?

Do you believe this is bullshit? Do you think adult hetero-males can be raped by women? Or even teenage boys? Arousal doesn’t count as consent! Or do you think men are just programmed to take what they can get?
If a woman has an orgasm during rape does it count? Suffice to say a man’s two heads may disagree on how to handle a situation. I would say if one of them says no, you’re crossing into rape territory. But Susan Brownmiller would have us believe that all hetero sex is rape, so the SVU ‘victim’ obviously committed a crime against all three of those women who tied him down.
Yeah, he was raped. Switch the genders and this would unequivocally be called rape. He’s a guy, but this woman’s way older than him and in a position of power. Bare minimum it’s persistent coercive sexual abuse.
11 or 12? That’s way too young. There’s no way that’s not rape.
Does society tend to undermine guys getting raped by women? Yeah, because it’s really rare, and because guys are pressured to think it’s cool. Still, sex without a person’s consent, and an 11 year old can’t really give consent, counts as rape.
At least he ended up with a dirt bike, but that won’t pay the therapy bills.
