A lot of fabulous queers people are up in arms about Miss USA or the runner-up or which ever blond whomever the shit said that she’s not cool with gays having tacky weddings. The best part of the Miss USA competitions is that even though they have a contestant from each state all of the girls seem like they are from the south somehow.
It’s obvious, no matter how homophobic you are, gays should be able to marry. The job of the government is to protect the rights of the citizens and it isn’t doing that right now. Just like (when gay marriage will be legalized) a Church has the right to turn away any gays that want to get married, any store has the right to kick them out… [it's fucked up, but you want your government to be consistent otherwise it is OK to take away your rights]

I give no fucks that this retard is against same sex marriage. It is her American right. Of course, anyone who disagrees with her will think she and a whole lot of the country have unevolved ideas and I agree with that. But who the fuck is she? Who even watches Miss USA pageants? Oh right, gays, so shame on her or whoever prepped her for not telling her that some of the men in the audience are “eccentric.” It wasn’t a very good winning tactic but she still somehow got runner-up. But, would you prefer that she lied? That doesn’t make any sense either.
This suchas-dummy answered the question the best to her ability. I think her use of the word “Opposite Marriage” was indicative enough of how little she knows about anything and how it is so clearly evident that if not all, but most girls involved in pageants to this degree lost the neurological capacity to even form their own opinions after being forced into robotic-mannequinism since birth.
It surprises me that anyone gives a fuck. Bigotry is objectively wrong, but she clearly said that she was glad we live in a country where you can choose– even though we don’t– maybe someone should have told her that too. But her principle was on the right track? Maybe I’m giving this idiot too much credit, but her idea seemed very “live and let live.” That even though she had her own beliefs she understood it was wrong that her beliefs should infringe on someone else’s rights. Which I believe is the correct attitude.
Cause seriously, I hate Negroids, but that doesn’t mean I want to round them up and gas ‘em. I just want to be able to say “Dats one funny ass nigga” in the comfort of my home whenever Tracy Morgan is in a scene on 30Rock.
The thing that stuck out to me in this clip was how much she relied on her girlish charm to cover up the blatant ignorance in her answer. All of that “like” and “such as” bullshit that hot chicks rely upon when they know they are going to say something completely fucked up is sort of annoying. All she was missing was “totally” and she would’ve hit the valley girl tri-fector.
I also found it funny how in one breathe she would talk about how she was raised and her and her family feeling a certain way but then in another breathe she talks about this is how she feels. I honestly believe this is not how she feels. She hit the nail on the head initially….this is how her family raised her to feel. Most racists are raised that way or raised with the lack of diversity and tolerance. ….like you said she seemed to be from the South….what a coincidence
