A Day in Pictures and Words
So I rode my bike around the neighborhood and I brought my new camera to take some pictures. I am not a picturing taking kind of person, so bear with me here.
The first thing I notice is this. Because I am a terrible picture-taker, the lighting is all fucked. But what I saw were these two questionable looking young man, sitting on the back of a pick-up truck, a nice fancy one. With these watermelons inside. Of course I was being a shady McGoo while I was taking this picture which is probably why it came out so bad.
Now one might think, well maybe they sell these watermelons. Well if you’re not familiar with the Bronx, the Bronx is the borough of NYC where if you’re going to move to New York everyone says, “Don’t Move There.”
There is and was no place that these young men were delivering watermelons to, there is no local watermelon farmer’s market or what-have-you. These nukkas just had a pick-up truck full of a watermelons. Now what a weird generation I am apart of. It’s like back in the 20s or whatever decade ( who cares about the past, amirite?) where people would illegally sell meat. How silly.
Next I noticed this. Now again, I know you can hire these graffiti artist to come and “art up” your walls. But considering that this gigantic Bee was between a clothing store and a dentist’s office, I don’t think they funded it. But the most peculiar thing is he left his number, now I haven’t called, but I wonder what happens if you do.
Also, some guy got hit by a bus. It was not pretty. Someone will be suing the MTA. I always think it’s interesting that no matter what, pedestrians always have the right of way. I’m pretty sure he was jay-walking.
That concludes, the day in pictures. Remember, my life isn’t interesting at all! I just pretend like it is!
